Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs. Returns must be sent to the central warehouse in Asia.

RETURNS POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. For the return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:
1. The order contains all the relevant parts and components, and the packaging has been received in the same condition as when the product was dispatched.
2. The product shows signs of normal use. Damage resulting from careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product defect was identified immediately upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return postage costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, it will be officially accepted within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through our fault.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If your order meets the above conditions, follow the steps below to start the returns process:

Send an email to: support@niamhdublin.com with the subject line ‘Return request’
2.Information
Please ensure the email includes: order number, reason for the return request, a photo of the product in the event of damage, the customer’s full name, and the customer’s address.
3. Wait
We will contact you and provide you with the correct return address. Do not return the product to the sender; please wait to receive the return address we will send you.
4. Shipping
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our central warehouse in Asia.

A. CANCELLATION TERMS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. For this reason, it is not possible to halt the dispatch process until delivery. A refund cannot be issued after receipt of the goods unless they are returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Niamh Dublin by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal will be deemed effective once we have received the products. The costs of returning the products shall be borne by the buyer.
Orders in transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. You may inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible, please send us a shipping confirmation as soon as you return the product.
