RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Important: We do not offer free returns — the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition with all original parts and packaging intact.

  • The item shows only signs of normal handling (no damage resulting from negligence or misuse).

  • Hygiene-related products are returned properly cleaned.

  • The customer bears all return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. EHCA Ecomm LLC / Niamh Dublin reserves the right to refuse returned items that show clear signs of use or damage not attributable to us.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please email support@niamhdublin.com with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Reason for return

  3. A clear photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

  4. Your full name and address

Important: Do not send your return to the sender's address listed on the package. We will provide you with the correct processing return address once your request is reviewed.

Cancellation — Right of Withdrawal

Private customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving the final item.

  • In-Transit Orders: Because orders are processed immediately, they cannot be cancelled once they are already in transit. In this case, please follow the standard return procedure after receiving the parcel.

  • How to Cancel: Inform us of your intention to cancel by submitting a clear written request via email to support@niamhdublin.com.

  • Refunds: We will refund all payments received for the items (excluding any extra costs associated with non-standard delivery options) via your original payment method within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned products.

Please ensure you keep a valid proof of return shipment until your refund has been issued.
